Organized by the Career Planning and Alumni Office (CPAO), this event connects students with potential employers through three key phases:
1. Preparation
CPAO reaches out to employers, promotes the event to students, and coordinates logistics.
2. Business Registration
Companies seeking interns or entry-level hires register, reserving tables and stands where representatives engage with students.
3. Student Preparation
1- Connecting Students with Employers: Providing students opportunities to connect with potential employers in their future careers. This event allows students to interact directly with recruiters, learn about job opportunities, and internships, and gain insight into various industries.
2- Networking Opportunities: Students can engage in conversations with professionals in their field of interest, build relationships, and establish contacts that could lead to future job opportunities or mentorships.
3- Skill Development: Opportunities to practice and improve networking, communication, and interpersonal skills crucial for professional success.
4- Internship and Employment Offers: The possibility of internships, collaboration programs, or full-time job offers directly from attending the career fair.
